Bad Piece/Good Company

I bought this topper because it had lots of good reviews online, but I think this one is defective. The hair on one side is a lot thicker than the other side and it was about 2" longer on the thicker side. Also, it's Remy human hair, but the ends are very rough. I'm new to the whole wig thing so maybe my expectations were too high. I probably should have contacted customer service and got an exchange, but I needed something to cover-up my head so I couldn't send it back.
The customer service from EH was great though. I asked them tons of questions before I ordered and they answered everything. They were very helpful.
